that the Democratic Party, like the Republican Party, is made up of smaller parties. To speak of the whole Democratic Party that way is incorrect. To speak of the smaller party within the Democratic Party that mostly controls the Democratic Party agenda through the money of Wall Street is very much correct.

think of it that way . . . but it has been so long since I've seen any Democrat stand up to (or even acknowledge) "the smaller party within the Democratic Party" that entirely runs the show that I find it difficult to acknowledge any real internal difference or independence.  There are, to be sure, elements within the Democratic Party that are not part of "the smaller party" . . . but they have been reduced to bootlickers and shoe shiners, begging for crumbs.

There are a few who try to follow TR's advice . . . Elizabeth Warren, for example.  But examination of what she says shows how small her cage . . . she is permitted to be a gadfly of sorts, but she knows not to say anything that fundamentally threatens the economic interests of "the smaller party", or particularly their foreign policy (on which she marches lockstep in her public utterances).

      Fake Left, Drive Right . . . not my idea of a Democrat . . .
