    nation is a huge problem for any invading force.  In the case of Bolivia, with difficult terrain, high-altitude cities, and jungled areas, Bolivian forces would have the enormous advantage of understanding their country inside out while "a couple Seals" would be quickly overwhelmed, perhaps by altitude alone.

      Almost half is jungle and almost another half is extremely difficult mountain (Andes) terrain.  The natives know how to chew coca leaves to deal with hunger, altitude and distance.  Good luck going after them in this terrain, it makes South East Asia look like a picnic in the park.
