    is elected President. Under what mechanisms could he, as President and Chief Executive pull the plug on the surveillance state. These are Acts of Congress that set all this up, specifically to preclude any President from getting their cowboy on and taking unilateral action.

    People here think they want a Whistleblower-in-Chief and there just aren't the mechanisms built into the system to allow one person to enormously impact the way business is done within one or even two terms.
