    would provide a huge boost to the economy.
    We need an economy centered around investment in the
    people who work to make things happen.  An economy that better serves citizens. Rather than the current labor exploitation model than relies on fear and desperation to keep workers submissive. That promotes debt peonage for economic tyrants.

      the concept of outsourcing a nations' manufacturing base to foreign labor markets and allowing the products to come back into the nation without a tariff is a concept that is  without any historical precedent (or logic).  Even the US Constitution mandates Congress regulate trade.  China has an approximate 17% VAT tax on imports, european nations' 22%.

      It is as if Congress is intent on  destroying the United States and its citizenry.
