Jeralyn has a post on why it was admissible -

The prosecution's expert's notes showed that he thought the marijuana levels in Martin’s blood could be indicative of impairment.

As per Jeralyn, if the judge had ruled it non-admissible, it would have been a reversible error.

    •  Actually, from what I heard the expert initially (1+ / 0-)

said the level of THC in Trayvon's blood was negligible, and thus the judge's initial ruling that it was inadmissible.

But now the expert says otherwise.  Question is, why the change of mind?

Is it courageous to propose tax cuts but not identify a single tax expenditure to rein in? Is it courageous to target your deepest cuts on the poorest Americans, who vote in lower numbers and provide little in campaign contributions?
