Would you not take issue with a diary claiming that conviction is a virtual certainty based exclusively on the DOD's writeup of the trial?

Because this diary is essentially the reverse equivalent of that.

It's making the legal argument from his side. If he doesn't get convicted I will be amazed.

And a DOD write up wouldn't claim that conviction was assured either way. But no, I don't trust the DoD further than I can throw it.

Do you know of any unbiased sources in this case? I don't and would appreciate any.

If debt were a moral issue then, lacking morals, corporations could never be in debt.

      •  I was just making a point... (3+ / 0-)

I didn't mean to imply that this diary said he won't get convicted.

If I had to guess, I would guess that Horace probably thinks he will be convicted, his belief that the prosecution failed to prove the charges notwithstanding. Though I could certainly be wrong.

Horace said in another reply that he posted a link to the transcript... that's probably as unbiased a source as we're likely to find.

    •  How about answering the questions asked of you (0+ / 0-)

instead of answering with another question?

When does the mainstream media make those sort of comments.

What impartial sources do you know of that exist these days?

      Deflection FAIL.
