      we can't really affect Canadian legislation....now blogger attention caught the Wisconsin mercenaries, so we can make a differenc but with energy companies in another country, not sure I should try

        concerns--as well as the state of regulation in both countries--just published in the Toronto Star. Very interesting. Looks like the countries try to coordinate on some things; looks like industry lobbying pressure is a big factor on both sides of the border.
