    And the recent fertilizer plant explosion is also a good example. Three schools, a nursing home, and multiple family homes destroyed and damaged. Many uncertain whether they can, or will, rebuild; so there's no telling what the place will look like in ...say 10 years.

    And let us hope this company has better insurance than the fertilizer plant did. Last time he had something like this happen they paid out over 26 million
