    This nation under Obama is more fascist than it was under Nixon.  Nixon's Attorney General went to prison.  Can anyone imagine that happening today?

    As we speak, a journalist, Barret Brown, has been held without bail for 300 days.  In the US, a defendant is entitled to bail unless the government proves he/she is a threat to others or a known flight risk:
