    unions to be effective any longer.  It is more advantageous to be unorganized and anonymous.

    What if you could sign up for a website that asked you the problems with your workplace and at what point would you be willing to take work action.  Then, if enough of your co-workers signed up as well, you could be alerted that a majority of your co-workers would be willing to strike and you should show up the next day to picket, not work.

    No need for permission from your government or workplace to organize, no risk of being in the minority, and complete anonymity until it is time to take action.

    ...Just thinking outside the box.  Something has to change.

    Republican tax policies have led to financial conditions which have caused Republicans to demand cuts to programs they have always opposed.
