    I would like to agree with you, I cannot.  Honor would be my preferred posture toward those in the service and veterans.  However, when I look deep inside myself, the feelings required to honor others for their grand accomplishments are not there.  

    The generation of Viet Nam veterans (and those who never got to become veterans) deserve better than the honor that we pretend to give every time we thank someone for their service.  That generation deserved an America that learned from one of the greatest mistakes ever made in human history.

    But no.  There was no lesson learned.  And there will be no lesson learned from the Iraq mistake and the Afghanistan mistake.  Know why?

    They were no mistake.  Sending American youth to die is part of the plan - part of the agenda of enriching the corporate overlords.  All this "honor talk" is fake.
