and so have I..I suggested or maybe not, I fergit, trying to use Chrome as Firefox has been really squirrely the last two updates ffx 22 now maybe, some people have grumped about Flash causing problems with FFX, whatever.....but I had no problems uploading with chrome, and it would eliminate one suspect problem right off for Dr EBaxe

Firefox still shows the whole library but Chrome has freaked and hidden about 20 images..anyway....my little problem..

Chrome downloads and installs waaaaay to easy, after all They want us to use it :> probably.

    •  It would be helpful to know (3+ / 0-)

if the problem goes away with an incognito Chrome window, just to try to diagnose what the issue is, whether it's a firefox plugin or some issue with the internet provider or something else.

      •  well, now it works, but since then I had a restart (0+ / 0-)

for flash and ffx upgrades...Chrome says it upgrades automatically.... so there is nothing that hasn't been started and stopped since that happened..and it had been a persistent problem back when.

If it helps, all the pictures appeared in an incognito window as well as the regular Chrome window, just now... thanks.

          I musta done sumpin wrong...:>

They accumulate javascript and flash and leak memory and have lots of windows and can frequently behave badly until they are restarted. It's rather frustrating, actually.
