    For example, yesterday I went to pick up a prescription and was required to say out loud my name, address, and birthdate. It isn't a big deal unless you understand what someone could do with that information. So I do not feel like government has my back in terms of regulating the collection and transacting of private information.

    What good are these ratings going to be when all the government has to do is buy the same information and no warrant needed?

    At a minimum, if companies are not using true end to end encryption, without backdoors, then they do not have our backs. If we are not using available encryption then I question just how privacy conscious we really are.

    The politicians may be bought, and the system corrupt, but it is our duty to fix these things.
