    SHe was right to sue. At the least, she won't have to explain.

    I hope you understand that he was in a position of power and because of her relatively low pay grade, beauty or not, she was in a bind.

    Without suing, can you imagine him telling the truth when someone called for a reference? I cannot. He'd have made it out to be more mutual or that she led him on...he'd had not taken responsibility.

    It's all about nuance. She looses either way. She was a long term employee. If he were less of an ass, he'd have told her his wife's issue and they'd have made a plan with a structure to back off the texting etc.

    No. Instead all seemed well until once day she walks in and she's fired. He didn't want to deal with it.

      ...but I am not sure that always translates into a winning argument for a lawsuit.

      I don't think people have worked out difficult a "discriminated against for being beautiful" legal standard would be to implement.
