you are right. I may not understand what the legal issues are, which is why I posed my diary as a question, not an opinion.

I am trying to understand how is it possible to arrest someone who appraoches a minor child with the intent to have sex, but never actually touched the child, but a grown man can appraoch a minor child with a deadly weaopon and that seems to be an perfectly fine scenario until proven differnetly. I just find the law odd when it comes to firearms.

On another note, how is it possible that if a parent were to spank their baby in public, they can be arrested for child abuse, but give a Cricket Rifle to the five year old, and let it shoot their 2 year old dead, and that is O.K.

If you do not understand my premise, perhaps you don't have a clue either.

We have just to spent three weeks discussing whether or not G.Z. had malice or ill-will.

It simply do not understand how we can arrest some groups of people for even thinking harm on a child, but when a child, who happens to be African-American, is actually harmed, suddenly sections of society turn a blind eye.

It should be obvious when any PRIVATE citizen approaches another private citizen with a concealed weapon, on their person, and does not reveal himself at the first opportunity, to be friend of foe, it ought to be Prima-Facia that the approacher be considered a Predator, in the same light one of those creeps on To cathc a Predator, such as an Aerial Castro.

Be Excellent. Even when no one is watching!

reasonable legal answers to your questions. However, I am happy that this trial is with the jury and will soon be over. After the lase two weeks, and writing hundreds of comments on this trial, I am done explaining the intricacies of criminal law, and more specifically Florida criminal law. Maybe one of the lawyers here has the patience and inclination at this point. I am out of gas.
