    So if I inconvenience the government's plans to build the Keystone XL Pipeline, I too should be charged under the Espionage Act?

    In other words, the real crime here is doing anything the government doesn't like.

    It's as well for us to be straightforward about what's really being argued by the government. "Harm"=interfering with future policy plans we might have.
