      That's adopting Republican phrasing.  That was their bright idea for ramming through anti-abortion zealot judges back in 2005, change the adjective from "nuclear" to "constitutional".

      That's devoting too much emphasis to the process rather than the outcome.  Anyone paying enough attention to care about the process will know we're talking about a rules change and the adjective doesn't matter.  Those who aren't don't care what you call it.

      As an aside, I also don't like the term "obstructionist".  Obstructing bad things is good.  Obstructing good things is bad.  It's once again focusing on the process rather than the substance.

      Corporations are abusing their employees and credit card companies are continuing to scam consumers.  That's why these nominees need to be confirmed.  That's what the public needs to know.

      First they came for the slippery-slope fallacists, and I said nothing. The End.
