    I would prefer open carry anyway, since then at least you can see where the guns are pointing and get out of the line of fire.

    You can also decide if you trust that person with the gun, and vacate the area if you don't.

    Give us all the freedom to make informed decisions. Don't allow people with guns to hide them, putting us all at risk with no way to protect ourselves.

      My S.O. was saying that Zimmerman's BIG mistake (well, among many others) was not having the gun out where Trayvon could see it (assuming, of course, this was how it went down.  We'll never know.)

      I mean, that was the point, wasn't it?  If GZ truly didn't intend to kill the kid, why hadn't he drawn his gun, to ensure that Trayvon would keep a respectful distance and not do anything stupid?
