  •  Last night I went to a Town Hall in Indiana (14+ / 0-)

    that discussed this in some detail.

    No more junk policies. Every plan must conform to what's called an "Essential Health Care Benefits" that include a huge list of no-cost/no-copay wellness and screening benefits.

    However, the way it works is that there will be small geographic enclaves (counties in Indiana) with in-network providers for routine care.

    The Obama administration is trying to create a "Centers of Excellence" program that will allow people with basic policies to stay in-network if they go out of their geographic area to get care from specialists.

    Details are still being worked out, so activism is encouraged!
