    the problem with meth is the criminalization, the lowlifes that make it and the outlaw milieu where it's available.
    Clinical methedrine is an excellent drug when used as prescribed. It is a huge step up in effectiveness and reduction is side effects from Adderall or Ritalin that's prescribed to several million children for ADD. The reason that it is not more widely used is due entirely to stigmatization going back to Nixon era propaganda. There is only one manufacturer, they use the brand name Desoxyn and because they are the sole manufacturer, they can charge upwards of $500/month for it.
    But before Nixon, it was gaining popularity as dexedrine and benzedrine faded from use. Instead, the old drugs are still in use, side effects and all. The need for it is there, but the better drug is extremely controlled.
    As with any illegal drug, the primary problems with this drug stem entirely from the fact that it is illegal.

    If I ran this circus, things would be DIFFERENT!
