    but these people do NOT like being embarrassed, or exposed as total assholes. Again, they do NOT thrive on controversy.

    Look at their whole promotional scheme. Look at their use, documented in this venue, of their company web site to solicit "positive" feedback from their employees about their experience. Look at their clueless audacity a few years ago, aiding NPR financially, in exchange for on-air spots between programs ("Brought to you by WalMart"), only to be drummed off the air by the furious and incredulous listeners they'd been trying to suck up to! Talk about humiliating!

    There are many more examples like this.

      If they really want to be liked, perhaps they should pay their employees enough to get off social services and sponsor a little league team now and then!

      It will do far more than billions in advertising.
