    absolutely correctly, that ALL journalism is political journalism.  Just because David Gregory speaks with the voice of hegemony as repped by MC Rove, doesn't mean that Gregory's journalism is "objective" and "non-partisan".  What it is is hegemonic.  That's why it catches so little flack even when he apes the lowest droppings of the great MC.  Greenwald's journalism frequently crosses the line ito counter-hegemonic, so all the many and varied voices of hegemony (regardless of nominal letter after their names) are quick to rush forward with denunciation, often using the latest arguments promulgated by Gregory and the rest of the Rove entourage.
