    will like my Caesar Salad dressing that I used in a former lifetime as a executive chef.

    Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing

    1/4 cup flax oil
    1/4 cup water
    2 cloves garlic minced
    2 tsp dijon mustard
    1 tsp tamari (premium wheatless soy sauce)
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1 lemon (juiced)
    1 cup Red Star Nutritional Yeast

    Mix in blender for about 30 seconds and let chill in fridge for an hour or more. The flavor gets better over time and the dressing will also thicken up. Add another clove or two of garlic if you want to give it more bite. It it seems too thin, add another tsp of mustard and blend some more.

    I entertain large groups often and this is my go to salad dressing. Garnish with pitted kalamata olives, sliced cherry tomatoes, julienned carrots, vegan parmesan cheese, nori strips and whole grain croutons for a sensational caesar salad.
