    the question should be "does it invalidate or taint the decison" if jurors weren't given correct, complete instructions?

    I believe it might have made a huge difference, particularly since other jurors have now gone on record against the initial juror "interview" with CNN.

    Not for nothin', but this "judge" sure took a lot of interesting liberties...

    This all started with "what the Republicans did to language".

      An excerpt from the statement she issued today:

      My prayers are with all those who have the influence and power to modify the laws that left me with no verdict option other than "not guilty" in order to remain within the instructions. No other family should be forced to endure what the Martin family has endured.
      Putting that together with her other statements that indicated she thought Zimmerman should have stayed in his car, rather then go after Martin but that she couldn't convict of having no sense, it sounds like being instructed that Zimmerman was the aggressor under the law and had no right to self-defense would have opened the door to a possible conviction.
