    try to do both, trial and error this year, and if I mess stuff up (about a 100% change I bet), I'll learn from my mistakes just the way I learned from my mistakes the first two years with the garden itself.

      For pickling, I like these real well,
      There are probably entire internets devoted to just pickling.

      I recall seeing ristras of peppers hanging out in the AZ sun
      for weeks after they were picked. I have just room dried them before.

      Don't forget blanching and freezing, but this is not
      recommended for every cultivar of pepper.

      The best way to use them is cook them and eat them fresh,
      but if you have a bounty, take some to work to swap or
      hit the farmers market to sell and trade. Fresh produce
      is always a great gift to give to anyone who doesn't garden.
