    Angry parents say they want the graves to serve as a reminder that the children died due to state negligence.

      wonder if MADD similarly would be interested in a new initiative to bury kids in the yards of the drunk drivers who killed them . .. . . (just wondering how I can use this tragedy in a positive way right here at home!)
