    She had to be one of the funniest people who ever lived.  A while back I wrote a review of her biography for Susan from 29's Political Book Club.

      when she briefly lived on Manhattan's upper west side in the late 90's or so. Feisty and charming woman, she struck me. Didn't have the nerve to say hi. If we had more leaders like her, we'd be doing great.
