    a less than forceful case.  They missed a lot of opportunities in the presentation of witnesses and in the questioning.  Zimmerman's story was full of holes, and they didn't really put those together for the jury.

      the prosecution's closing and the final hour. There was a section pointing out the inconsistencies between defendant's statements. I have no idea why the prosecution did not present an expert on use of force who the jury would pay attention to. The whole "bash defendant's head on cement repeatedly" meme did not ring true to me in light of defendant's physical condition when the police arrived. Nor did defendant's "reenactment" video as to his restraining Martin's hand while retrieving the gun and firing at close range into Martin's heart.
