    I don't know that they "threw" it either, but if you undertake a trial, an adversarial trial, without the all-in mentality that the defense is going to bring, you might as well throw the case.

    I notice that the interviewed juror kept calling him "george" over and over. That tells me that the real victim was never sufficiently humanized for the jury, and the faux victim was!

      Both the interviewed juror, and the interviewed alternate juror, called both by their first names.

        hearing the accused called that, and so many times.

        I think if the proper picture was painted for them, they would be uncomfortable referring to him that way.

        It just struck me as something like when a judge asks a celebrity defendant for his autograph, or something like that.
