    to 911 about AA males he saw, so I don't think there is a case, but that is curious

      The prosecution's case fails if any of these calls led to an arrest and conviction. Or if he made any calls about non-blacks.
      And GZ's own background includes moments of beyond normal everyday intereaction with blacks in his community that would also rebut this.
      Do I believe TM's race was the center of GZ's behavior? Yes, of course. But the problem here is the SYG law, which perhaps the DoJ should go after. They have zero chances of winnning  a civil rights violation against GZ. I suspect the federal court would dismiss it before coming to trial.
