    That's why, yesterday, I was pointing to a satire of the late 70's "urban decay" freak out: "The Survivors," with Robin Williams in his first movie role, playing against Walter Mathau. After losing his job, Williams joins a survivalist community (which is a scam) -- getting ready for the "big flush" when urban youths would come out to take over (every trope the far right is gooey about today).

    I did enjoy "Escape from New York," though.

    It's no "They Live," but still. . . .

    Everyone's innocent of some crime.
