      4/31 is nearly 13% of the total. That's pretty substantial.

      And 52 to 39 may be more modest than somethign, but is still a notable difference.

      It's a pretty damned weak argument -- the kind of qualitiy analysis we have come to expect from Politico.

      I think Amey's point is more interesting: that the potentially embarrassing folks get roadblocked.  That would explain a conservative-liberal differential.  The establishment tends to look after its own, and liberals are the establishment.
