      served in the Vietnam War era or earlier. One NRA member who allowed a live-in family member to have one personal handgun and a bunch of people who either did not keep guns or at least did not allow others to know that they did. And the NRA guy was never in a position where he would have been expected to need to use a gun or other weapon while serving.

        of Viet Nam and every conflict since then.

        A few from Korea and WWII, but that generation of the family is mostly gone, unfortunately.  I wish I'd had time to ask more questions and get some family history recorded.
