    business? Forcing a dying man to expend energy he's short on just to appease some bigots is really cruel and unusual. May these two men have peace.

      And Applaud. I agree it disgusts me that Karl Rove brought out the worst by bringing this law and others in swing states in 2004.

      But, there are I think a variety of ways that $-wise they could've accomplished the same (Trust, Adult Adoption?, etc.). Obviously not how recorded.

      This was important to them. And they are using their sympathetic, perfect to frame love for the benefit of "the other shoe dropping".

      They have the chance to change what Rove did unfortunately because it is so sympathetic as people on the fence would see as (I think) strength, love, and outrage as you do.

      My hats off to them, they know what they are doing.

      Hats off to the judge as well.
