    not quitting, which is constantly.

Took me decades to do it, and even then....it got nasty.

And yesterday, I would've mugged you for one.  Maybe.  The feeling passed, but it was a hard slog for a bit.

I wish you well in your "quittage" (I just made that word up!) be gentle with yourself.  Leave the nagging and abuse to cactusgal....she's better at it!

      :-D

Camels a day. I smoke far less these days. Sometimes, a pipe. I have a nice one, and I like stinky tobacco.

world!!  I rank it up there with:
          Leather
          Dog
          Good Whiskey
          Most Men
          Fresh mowed grass
          Bacon
          Coffee
          and wild Irish roses.

          Just sayin'.  :-)

men during WWI (they had JUST emigrated to this country at the time and some of them went back and fought for England, rather than for the US). If a man smoked a pipe or a cigar, she'd keep the ends, break them up and put them on the stove in a pie pan so she could smell the smell of "men".

Tobacco kills, but it's also a very homey smell for lots of people, especially cigars and pipe tobacco.
