    is the upcoming "case" going to be all about?

      issued by the federal trial court.  Pro-Prop 8 folks are arguing the trial court didn't have the power to order Prop 8 be ignored statewide because he wasn't faced with a class-action lawsuit but rather with two specific couples.

      Anti-Prop 8 folks say that the injunction properly applies to all defendants including those state offices in California which oversee marriages in a distant sort of way (they don't perform them, but set up the forms etc.).  According to these folks, based on California case law, if these offices are not allowed to comply with Prop 8 then they're allowed to tell the various county clerks that they can't either.
