    2. Joyce. Heard it was horrible, never had a desire to.

    5. The Bible. Haven't read it in its entirety. Read a lot of it though.

    11. Wallace. Never heard of this book, don't know anything about it.

    14. James. Okay, why is this book even on this list? Have no desire to read it.

    17. Brontë. Read the other books by the Brontë sisters on this list, but not this one. On my someday list.

    18. Dickens. Never finished a Dickens novel but tried two of them, A Tale of Two Cities and David Copperfield. Got furthest with DC b/c I had to read it in 8th grade. Never liked anything he wrote. Too stuffy.

    19. Rowling. I suspect these are good and my wife liked them, but not really my cup of tea. I am very picky about my fantasy, so not too interested. Saw the movies tho.

    Why would I pretend to have read a book? I've read plenty, and I can always counter with one of those. Literature isn't rigid in its uses.
