    since so many Democrats are dismissing and rejecting concerns over surveillance, much less the larger implications of the security/police state.

    Prisoner's Dilemma:

    State enforcer borgs are holding an ex-security state denier who only recently got religion and a long-term security state rebel. You can only save one...

    Sometimes there's no game in the theory at all.

    You know, if tragedy from the interconnected Class, Terror and Climate Wars befalls a member or supporter of the Party establishment denying and dismissing these crises, I will try to help. But if I have to choose between a denier and a long-time resister, I'm going to go with the latter. They've tried to prevent it, to help others. Among other things, they'll likely be more help if I save them than someone who is obviously unreliable as such a poor judge of reality.

    SECURITY, because ticking time bomb mushroom cloud of terror!!
