My own guess is that the Republican establishment really LOVES  O-care.

And by pretending to hate it, they can de-fang any Democratic demand for anything better.

After all, from a Business and Finance point of view, "what's not to like?"

It assures that socialized or single payer medicine will not come to America for at least another century.

It maintains the multi-tiered "meritocratic" health care delivery system we have now -- those as has, gets -- more.

It offers 45 million new policy buyers to AHIP companies.

It reestablishes  the dependance of  lower-middle income workers on their employers to "provide" health insurance.

It upholds States' Right ideology empowering Governors and their appointees to regulate the terms on which all the new benefits and entitlements reach their citizens -- or don't.

And of course, the program was as close to perfect as Fallen Manknd  is capable of, when when Republican Romney emplaced it in Massachusetts.

Now that Democrat Obama has embraced the thing ... clearly it's the worst idea since the Eden Apple Affair.

And, besides, having more or less taken the 40-year Roe v. Wade rallying cry about as far as it can go ... and having lost on the Sanctity of Marriage thing ...   "Repeal Obama care" should help fill Republican coffers and even bring out some of their lazier voters -- for the next 20 or 30 years.
