    The fact you have a password on your account is evidence that you intend this communication to be private. Therefore, the precedent of allowing the government access to your messages because they are given to a third party doesn't stand in this case. This implies that under previous rulings by the courts they should be required to get a search warrant before looking at those communications.

    But, that would only be if you were following the law. Obviously, we've moved beyond the government following the law. That's the bad news in all this.
