    it's one of the most important principles of any court, but wouldn't an even-more-important principle be 'give citizens full access to the legal aid they require to avoid the wrongful imprisonment of innocent citizens?'

    Which is to say, if she cannot be permitted to work at the Court, that makes sense. But I very much hope that the person or people who put her in this position are also not permitted  to work at the court any more.

    And somehow, I doubt that's the case.
