    If the tool is there, it will be used. Some tools are just not worth having around, because of the danger that is inherent in their presence.

    Adams and Wilson, meh. But FDR falling into that trap, says a lot.

        Ah, an optimist, whether he feel into into, or jump with both feet is an opinion. Your answer show you still have too much hope in your heart. The vast majority of people running for positions of power, while they may have started with good intentions, by the time they get to their destination crave and only care about the power they have, or can accumulate. and it doesn't matter if its a (D) (R) or other after their name.
