      every 2 seconds, or never again, nothing in the real world will change. This blog is for nothing but entertainment, and if you think anything I or anyone else here says is important you should think about it a bit more.

          Please. We have fun and arguments and give some money during election season to some politicians, but we're basically chit-chatting. I know that many think we are doing important work here, but IMO that is a delusion best left to sociologists to study.

            I said nothing of the sort.

            Thinking Daily Kos is a valuable part of the overall discussion isn't the same as thinking we're directly responsible for setting policy.

            But please continue minimizing it, surely that's in our best interests.
