    hypocrisy was getting old, what I wrote was that the double natured feature of US government stances on crimes has a much longer history than this current manifestation.  Which is an observation that is much in line with your arguments here, and which a more generous reading might well have acknowledged.

    If you are reacting to the criticism which I intended as constructive, but seem to have failed to convey as such which is part of a comment above, then I find that, too, to be unfortunate, but if that's the case then will simply stop commenting in this diary's threads, as your reactions have indicated that's not likely to be productive and my purpose is not to disrupt, but to engage in productive discussion.
