LinSea, catilinus far as I know.  Just the usual stuff of people trying to pretend they weren't who they were.

The Finn side, my Father's side, was definitely more 'iffy' than my Mother's Irish Catholic side.  On the latter, I heard nothing of significance.  On the paternal side, since Finns seem to lack tolerance for alcohol, there was considerable sousery, (or should I call it 'souse-dousery)except for the aunt who turned to tea totaling Fundie Christianity.

The Finn grandmother bought bonds for each of the grandchildren for Christmas and birthdays as we were growing up.  When I graduated high school and wanted to use them for my college fees, guess what?  The bonds had disappeared.  Nobody knew where they were, and Grandma was too demented by then to know what was going on.

Scandals?  Not much, just the usual baggage.
