    We have to cook with little or no salt, so are constantly in search of new ingredients we can use to add flavor. The pot roast gravy came out pretty great, if I do say so myself.  (Forgot to mention that the broth was low-sodium Better than Bouillon--my kitchen's secret ingredient.)

    If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague.

      As far as BtB is concerned, I've had mixed results.

      In the future I will always go for the low salt option where that is available, but I've been really disappointed about the clam, fish, lobster products because they contain too much salt and I've ended tossing them out.

      The only trouble with retirement is...I never get a day off!

        I haven't tried the seafood flavors, but we swear by the beef and chicken (and both are available in reduced sodium).

        If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague.
