    ...would you be willing to trade your freedom for at best, temporary security? Would you be willing to trust anybody you know personally with such power over your personal affairs and life? No? Then, why would you trust perfect strangers with either your freedom or your life? I wouldn't. And I refuse to voluntarily give anybody known or unknown by me a blank check drawn against my freedom, much less my government who doesn't have to live-or die by the same laws they command we follow against or by our will. This is by no other definition of coup d'etat but tyranny. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
