    labor costs and human resources are on, right? Creators in the market sell what they create.

    Looking at things from a different perspective

    The question is can Jeff Bezos run Amazon on his own or does he need help to do it.

    Job creators don't need any help. WWII, the Space Race, climate change, sustainability, water policy - those are job creators.

    Jeff Bezos is dependent upon workers. He could not run his company without them. He goes out and gets them on the labor market, and when times get tough, or his business model changes, he will get rid of them.

    Why should he not be considered a consumer of labor? Do they use any contractors? That's a literal consumer of labor services.
