    RIGHTS.

It's right there in the Constitution:

    Articles of Confederation : March 1, 1781....
Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right,

We are called to speak for the weak, for the voiceless, for victims of our nation and for those it calls enemy.... --ML King "Beyond Vietnam"

Don't enforce the law, g'head and don't have the Feds do it either. How long do you think it will be before Texans find out how their Puke masters have screwed them in favor of mega insurance? I mean it's not like Texans don't know people in other states.

The bottom line however is ever since we had to settle for this stupid law that at best is a beginning to a decent end, the Dems have done one piss poor job of telling the truth about the law and those who "refuse to enforce it". Such lousy communication cost us the House in '10 and since I don't see much difference going in to the implementation of the law except the Pukes come out looking like heroes for defying "Socialism".

I am so sick and tired of watching Pukes lie their asses off about everything and they are never held to account. If Obama doesn't want his "achievement" to be the death of MOR policies and the Dems that peddle them he should get on the stump NOW and hang the Puke's shitty, lying, behavior right around their necks.

But I guess that wouldn't be nice or something, whatever idiocy motivates Obama, we'll be lucky if it won't be the death of us all.

Even the articles of Confederation were too much for the Confederacy. What was great about that was it showed what these right wing fucks were all about back then- power, that's all they wanted, power undo themselves to keep slaves, poor whites in their places and no interference in their economic activities whatsoever.

Gee, we should start referring to Pukes as Confederates, that's really what they are and they're every bit the traitors as their "ideological" brothers were 150 years ago.
