    I prefer to see the court rule that they can't. Even if they say they have no intentions today, maybe they say something else later. We also know that Monsanto sues when their seeds get replanted without royalties, so a farmer whose crop gets contaminated maybe ends up planting "Monsanto seeds" some generations later and gets sued for it.

    I think Monsanto said it had no intentions to sue in hopes of stopping what will be contamination lawsuits.

    I sure wish I were an attorney here, so I could distill this stuff better.
